In our latest edition of Fantasy Faceoff, Fantasy FB Pundit and I battle it out over Jahvid Best and James Starks. Following my resounding victory in the first Fantasy Faceoff we did, I thought I’d be a good host and give Pundit a fighting chance this time, so I let him take Best, while I argue for Starks. You know, something tells me since I’m the one who writes these introductions and has editing powers to the blog, by my crazy gorilla math I may end up undefeated in Faceoffs at the end of the summer. Just a hunch. So here is the battle of running backs being drafted on average in Round 6. Who do you prefer? Best or Starks?

I continue to update my position rankings with a look at running backs. I feel the running backs are finally starting to fall into place for me. This was the first time I really felt good after I was done ranking them since I started back in April. So as of mid-July I’m feeling good with quarterbacks, running backs and tight ends. That just leaves receivers. Don’t even get me started on receivers. Anyway, here are my updated Top 75 fantasy running backs for 2012.

I continue my updated dynasty league rankings with a look at the running back position. If you’re in a start-up dynasty league draft, running back is a tricky proposition. It seems like every back in the NFL is either coming off a major injury or currently engaged in a contract dispute. It can make things tough for owners drafting beyond 2012. Here are my Top 40 dynasty league running backs. I hope everyone has a great 4th of July. I’ll be sitting at home watching college football games from last season and waiting for the summer to end.

It seems like every running back in the NFL is either returning from a serious injury or in the middle of a contract dispute. In Matt Forte’s case, it’s both. I’ve said all offseason that the running back position is more uncertain from top to bottom than it has been in a long time. I have a feeling there will be more than a couple of guys who come out of nowhere and help fantasy owners this year. Here now are my updated Top 75 running backs for the 2012 season.

I continue my ADP breakdown with a look at running backs. I mentioned when I did the quarterbacks that I decided to use information from over 200 drafts at MyFantasyLeague.com because the results were different from other sites. That’s really evident with the running back position. At My Fantasy League you’ll notice a lot of running backs are going later than expected, signaling a shift in philosophy with owners drafting quarterbacks, receivers and tight ends earlier than ever before. Here’s the current ADP of running backs, along with my thoughts on who is being undervalued and overvalued.

I try not to look at my rankings too much after positing because every time I do I want to update them. Well, I got caught looking at my running back rankings and the next thing you know I’m moving guys around again. The top of my rankings remain unchanged but there’s some movement after the first eleven. I’ll be hitting tight ends on Friday but for now here’s my Top 75 fantasy running backs.

I continue my updated rankings this week with a look at running backs. Unlike quarterback, there was a lot of movement at running back since I last posted my rankings 11 days ago. It’s good news if you’re a fan of Darren Sproles but not so much if you like Roy Helu. There’s still a long ways to go until most people draft, so a lot will change, but here’s a look at my Top 75 fantasy running backs as of May 16.

I continue my dynasty rankings with a look at the running back position. Running back may not be quite as important to fantasy owners as it was 10 years ago but it’s still hard to win a championship without quality players at the position. The early Average Draft Position (ADP) offers some nice value after Round 3, so if you want to go in a different direction with your first two picks, there will still be valuable running backs left on the board to help owners build their fantasy team.
